Here are 3 tips to start your semester off strong: ๐Ÿ’ ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ ๐ง๐จ๐ฐ: I love getting into the right mindset before starting something new, especially a fresh college semester. Thatโ€™s why I recommend finding your favorite books, Youtube videos, podcasts and blogs either about your major or tips for studying for exams. This will help put you in work mode after the holidays and get you in the right mindset! ๐Ÿ’ ๐–๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐ ๐จ๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ: I feel like Iโ€™m always talking about goals but goal setting has seriously changed my life so can you blame me?! I set goals for myself every week but when I was in school I would set goals I wanted to achieve by the end of the semester. For example I would aim for a specific GPA and grades for each class so I had something solid to work towards. ๐Ÿ’ ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ฉ ๐š๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ž๐ฑ๐ญ๐›๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ฌ: Donโ€™t buy your textbooks until you know you absolutely need them but start shopping around for them! College textbooks are pretty darn expensive and when youโ€™re taking 5+ classes you could be spending over $1k on textbooks alone if you buy them new and from your school! So make sure to check other websites such as chegg and amazon rentals. So hereโ€™s the run down about this hot new social media app: ๐Ÿ’ ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ญ ๐ž๐ฑ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ฒ? Clubhouse is an invite-only, voice based social networking app! So there are no pictures or videos just voice, itโ€™s kind of like an interactive and live podcast. ๐Ÿ’ ๐‡๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐จ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ข๐ญ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค? So there are โ€œroomsโ€ that anyone can host and you can pick any topic and have an audience listen along. However whatโ€™s really cool is that the audience is able to be invited up as a host and join the conversation. Itโ€™s such a great way to network and meet people within your industry! ๐Ÿ’ ๐–๐ก๐จ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ? Anyone and everyone. You can pick your interests but there are tons of people talking about/giving tips about social media marketing, college, photography, starting your own business, healthy lifestyle, politics, literally everything! ๐Ÿ’ ๐‡๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐จ ๐ˆ ๐ฃ๐จ๐ข๐ง? Currently the app is invite only (so someone has to be on the app to invite you). However, it might be available to the public this year from what Iโ€™ve read, so you can download the app now and reserve your username so when it goes live youโ€™re all set to go!
