Growing up we always hear that we need to eat our fruit and veggies to grow big and strong. While I try to eat veggies and have a pretty clean and healthy lifestyle I will say it’s definitely not easy. Sometimes it’s a convenience factor because it’s easy to get fast food or I simply don’t want to find new recipes to make. However, about 6 months ago that changed when I was walking down the aisle of my local Costco and I saw a 20 count box of the Veggies Made Great Spinach Egg White Frittatas. It not only looked appealing but convenient and only 70 calories with 5g of protein per serving!

After I got that first box of the Spinach Egg White Frittatas I instantly became hooked. They were so delicious and convenient on a busy morning when I was running late. I personally love eggs and frittatas but I don’t like actually taking the time to make them. On top of that trying to make sure I have veggies in the fridge can be a pain. These are pre-made, individually wrapped and you can just pop them in the microwave for 45 seconds to a minute. What I like to do is to heat them in the microwave and then pop them in the air fryer. They turn a crispy golden brown and it’s delicious!
Why I Love Veggies Made Great
- Veggies are the primary ingredient in every product, they’re gluten-free, soy-free, peanut nut-free, & tree nut-free so they’re perfect to bring to school or work.
- They use Beyond meat so even their “bacon” and “sausage” frittatas don’t contain real meat
- They’re available in 20 count packages at Costco or 6 count packages at other retailers so you can try them out in small quantities or buy your favorites in bulk.
- A perfect and delicious way to get your veggie intake, especially for picky eaters
- They’re low in calories and have great nutritional value
The brand was sweet enough to send me a box from each of their product lines so these past 2 weeks I’ve been taste-testing all their products! Their product lines consist of Muffins, Veggie Cakes, and Frittatas and you can find them at retailers such as Costco, Target, and Walmart. Keep in mind the frittatas and muffins can be found in the freezer section but the Superfood Veggie Cakes are in the refrigerator section.
I’ve been loving their whole selection, seriously haven’t found one that I wouldn’t eat! My all-time favorites are the Spinach Egg White Frittatas, Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, and Superfood Veggie Cakes. You can either eat these for breakfast, as a side dish, or as a snack! The Banana Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate Muffins are my perfect guilt-free snacks. They’re packed with veggies but it truly doesn’t have an odd taste! My family even tried them and now we’re all obsessed. If you were thinking about trying this brand don’t think any further and just go for it, you won’t be disappointed!
