Warby Parker Review

Hey guys, today I wanted to do a little review on a pretty well-known eyewear brand: Warby Parker. I’ve been shopping with them for all my glasses needs for about three years now and decided to give you a little insight into my experience and the brand itself.

Disclaimer: I’m not sponsored by Warby Parker or paid to write this review. I bought their glasses with my own money. However, this article does contain affiliate links which simply means If you choose to buy from them I receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. You can find full disclosure here.

What Exactly Is Warby Parker?

Well, Warby Parker is a retailer which carries prescription glasses and sunglasses. They started as an online retailer but opened up physical stores in major cities. You can go here to check if there’s a Warby Parker near you!

What Does Warby Parker Have To Offer?

  1. They offer free shipping and returns on all orders! This is always an important aspect for me when it comes to online shopping and makes me feel secure in my decision to shop with them.
  2. They offer an at-home try-on service. You simply pick five frames to try out for five days at no cost to you and ship them back for free! This way you can see how the frames look on you before investing in one and then not liking them. This is convenient and a great concept to have as a brand since their physical stores are limited.
  3. They offer free in-store adjustments. I use this to my advantage all the time because I have such a small nose, I always need my glasses adjusted. I’ve been to their Boston location multiple times to get my glasses fitted at no cost. They are also able to do it right then and there so no need to wait to get your glasses back.
  4. If your insurance covers glasses you can apply for reimbursement and get your glasses for free or at a reduced cost.
  5. You can book an eye exam in-store. If you don’t know your eye prescription, no problem! Just walk into a Warby Parker close to you and they’ll give you an eye exam through a licensed optometrist.
  6. They stand for a cause, buy a pair give a pair. Every time someone buys a pair of glasses from Warby Parker, they donate or give a pair away to someone in need. Did you know that 2.5 BILLION people need glasses but don’t have access to them. Out of those people, 624 million can’t learn or work effectively due to visual impairment. Simply by buying a pair of glasses for your own use, you’ll be helping out someone in need.
  7. They have a 30-day full refund policy no questions asked. So, if you don’t like your glasses or change your mind you can simply return them.
  8. They offer free scratched lens replacement and prescription change within the first year of purchase. I was actually a month or so over the one year mark and they were so sweet and changed my prescription for free. They even paid for shipping back and forth to them since I didn’t have time to go to the store!

My Thoughts:

These are a picture of my glasses that I got about two years ago.

Personally, I love Warby Parker and that’s why I’ve stuck with them all these years. They offer such a wide variety of eyeglasses for a reasonable price, and they’re very lenient when it comes to returns and adjustments. They also seem to be really good quality and my pair is still looking good as new, even after two years. I also haven’t tried their sunglasses out yet so I can’t speak on those; however, when I need a new pair of sunnies I’ll definitely be hitting Warby Parker up! They have hundreds of great styles for all different face shapes and preferences! You can shop some of my favorite eyeglasses below:
